My name is Oladayo Kelani, and I am a Technical Business Analyst and Product Manager driven by one belief: great products solve real problems. My story unfolded in the dynamic world of financial technology. As a Business Analyst at a leading financial institution, I was on the front lines of digital transformation. I collaborated across teams to craft and deliver digital platforms including a mobile banking application that facilitated millions of dollars in transactions each month. This experience was never just about technology. It was about empathy: translating the frustrations of everyday users into clear requirements and aligning stakeholders around a shared vision.

A pivotal chapter involved leading the development of a digital credit disbursement platform that now facilitates over $1 million in monthly disbursements. Seeing real people access capital that changed their outcomes solidified my commitment to building products with impact. It taught me the critical balance of navigating technical constraints while staying laser-focused on delivering exceptional customer value.

Today I operate at the intersection of strategy, delivery, and AI engineering, designing systems that remove friction and amplify what teams can accomplish. I hold certifications in CBAP, SAFe Scrum Master, SAFe Agile Product Management, and Microsoft Power Platform, and I am constantly pushing into what is next, particularly in no-code automation and applied AI. Outside the work, I am a curious person who believes the best ideas often come from unexpected places.
